Interesting news I stumbled upon the other day. Got me listening to Against Me!’s music again for a bit and I’d have to say, I’m pretty curious for what’s in store for the band in the future.  ”The Ocean” is still one of my favorite songs from them and this part in particular always caught my attention and it’s especially relevant to this article:  

“And if I could have chosen, I would have been born a woman

Pretty sure this band is like, 女性青春ロック as this song is about underwear and they have other songs about boyfriends who have sex with too many other girls and stuff. But who cares? It rocks hard. And the lyrics are pretty funny regardless.
